Gosh – it seems that the toilet is THE marketing tool at the moment. Check out this new invention by Royce Zhang for size (get it!). All you have to do is activate the touch screen device to begin monitoring and take a leak. It measures your PH/SG/URO/BLO/WBC/PRO/GLI/BIL/KET/LOL/GTFO levels and gives you a health rating based on your reading. Gone are the days of a simple visit to the Jon.

FIFA 12 Scores An Own Goal!

There are three new additions to this year’s FIFA game, FIFA 12. They are Tactical Defending, Precision Dribbling and the Impact Engine. The one to be aware of here is the last one – the Impact Engine. What it does is account for the weight, height and general physicality of every player and makes sure that when they collide with objects with the game – the goalposts, other players, for example – they react accordingly.

Except…that doesn’t always happen. As you’ll see from the pics below, early versions of the game revealed the likes of Liverpool’s Andy Carroll and Arsenal’s Lukasz Fabianski sharing a hug and a kiss. Then there’s Rooney catapulting himself headfirst into the ground before swooping back up like Superman, or Barcelona’s Lionel Messi running around without a care in the world – even though his left leg appears to have been twisted upwards. Massive LOL scenes!

Guinness World Record Gamers’ Edition 2012 Launches

This one was of great interest to us having been official Guinness World Record holders ourrselves in 2011…well until some douchbags pipped us to the post on the last dong of the deadline. This year’s edition featured the world’s most successful Pokemon playing family, the first female Street Fighter champion, a man who spent 18 minutes playing Super Mario Galaxy in a wind tunnel and Ryan Hart, the man with the most international Street Fighter wins. The launch took place at Liverpool Street Station and looked a real hoot…

Blow-Up Dolls Go Next Gen!

I…I mean a friend of mine, always commented that the problem with a blow up doll is by the time you’ve given it a good blow you find yourself out of breath before you even get down to business. Thank goodness then that Fleshlight have sensibly recognised this problem and created the FLESHiPad Holder – an iPad case with a fake woman’s cha cha and a series of product specific photos. Wonderful stuff, or as Incredible Things nicely put it ‘if you’ve got an iPad and no self respect, then you’re in luck!’.

Well the ‘Toylet’, developed by Sega and rolled out across the nation’s pubs & clubs aims to revolutionise the toilet-going experience. Users target their urine at a sensor inside the toilet which measures volume and speed, with software then matching that to progress in a selection of five video games in a console mounted at the top of the urinal.

Indian matrimonial company Shaadi.com recently developed an Angry Birds spin-off to raise awareness about dowry abuse and violence.

Dowries are a common practice in South Asian countries, where a bride’s family will gift money, jewellery, vehicles, and other items of wealth to the groom’s family to ensure she is well taken care of.

The Angry Brides Facebook game features an eight-armed, elegantly dressed woman who is approached by prospective husbands, each labelled with a high dowry demand. The woman wields various weapons in her arsenal – including a high heel, a frying pan, a broomstick, and a loafer – and hurls them at the grooms. Dowry prices are knocked down with every successful blow.
